Is there anything I should do before having a massage?

Would be great if you arrive fresh and clean. You can also use shower facilities at our location.

We request that you bath or shower beforehand so that you are clean and relaxed. We suggest that you keep your hair dry as you can become cold during a massage if your hair is soaking wet.

Please also remove all jewellery for safety purposes but also for easier massage techniques.
